Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If your material has been taken down due to a copyright claim, you can send a counter notification to have it restored. This notification must include:
- Your signature;
- Description of the material taken down and its original location;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake;
- Your contact details and consent to legal jurisdiction.
